Shipping costs are free for all orders of $100 or more except for the regions of Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the Yukon.



*Please note that some additional costs may be added if the delivery region exceeds a certain perimeter of our distribution center.



*If a variable additional amount is applied to your order following your purchase, La Fontaine des Arts customer service will contact you to tell you the exact amount and pay the additional costs with your agreement.

Pick up in store
In-store pickup is free. Select the "Pick up in store" option when ordering and you will be contacted when your order is ready.

 
How do I pick up my package in store?
Once in store, go to the checkout and present your order confirmation email and ID. A signature will be required to validate the pick-up.

Delivery
All orders are delivered by Canada Post with a tracking number and delivered without signature, within a delivery period of 3 to 10 working days after receipt of payment.

However, if the product(s) ordered are out of stock at La Fontaine des Arts or the supplier, the delivery time may differ.

Delivery of your order will be subject to carrier rules. If you are absent during delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you and you can pick up your order at the designated pick-up point. It will be your responsibility to collect your order according to the carrier's rules.

Your package will be delivered to the address you indicate when ordering.

Delivery of your order will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery Details:

Delivery times vary according to the destination chosen, to which is added a processing time of 3 to 5 working days. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when La Fontaine des Arts ships your package. This email will contain the tracking number allowing you to track your package on the carrier's website, www.canadapost-postescanada.ca.

Additional delays must be provided if a product is missing from the supplier or if it is out of stock at La Fontaine des Arts. In the event that we have to wait for an out-of-stock item to become available, your order may be held for a few days before being shipped. An email will be sent to you within two business days of placing your order if a product is out of stock.



Still haven't received anything?
Check to see if you received an email notification with a tracking number for your package. With this number, you can check the delivery status on the carrier's website. You can also send an email to administration@fontainedesarts.qc.ca or call customer service directly at 1 819 764-5555.



Return policy
WHEN PURCHASING IN STORE
The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Return, exchange and refund, 30 days following the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

No exchanges or refunds on books, magazines, markers, pens, spray cans, projectors, custom prints and frames, clearance items and gift cards.

WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE
BACK IN STORE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return and refund 30 days following the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

No exchanges or refunds on books, magazines, markers, pens, spray cans, projectors,custom prints and framing, clearance products and gift cards.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
La Fontaine des Arts will accept returns of goods without penalty when

- You have not received the correct item ordered;

- You have received a defective item which can be exchanged for the same product;

- The product was damaged during delivery. *



*Note that upon receipt of the product by the external carrier, you must check the product to ensure that it was not damaged during delivery. In the event that the product is damaged during delivery, you must contact customer service by email at administration@fontainedesarts.qc.ca or by phone at 1 819 764-5555.



If the box is damaged on delivery, refuse it. The external carrier must return the box to La Fontaine des Arts.



EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an email at administration@fontainedesarts.qc.ca and send us your article at 25 avenue Principale, Rouyn-Noranda, QC, J9X 4N8

To return a product, you must send it by mail to 25 avenue Principale, Rouyn-Noranda, QC, J9X 4N8

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the product you wish to exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.



La Fontaine des Arts is responsible for return costs only when:

you have not received the correct item
the item received is defective


La Fontaine des Arts is not responsible for return costs for reasons other than the examples above. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return and refund 30 days, following the delivery date, with proof of purchase. The refund is debited to the payment card used during the purchase. The products will be refunded once they are returned to La Fontaine des Arts.

You will bear the delivery costs and risks for returned products in the following case:



- The products have been removed from their original packaging and are not defective.

- The reasons for the return differ from the reasons mentioned above.

Upon receipt of returned products, and if the items in question are refundable, any amount charged to your credit card for such products will be credited. Please note that non-defective products cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging. The products will be refunded once they are returned to La Fontaine des Arts.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
